Ottawa Mobile Espresso Catering A proper coffee shop, at your Ottawa event.
Qahwa Bar is an Ottawa-based mobile espresso bar. We set up a full cart with a barista, specialty espresso and matcha for weddings, corporate events, brand activations and private parties across Ottawa, Kanata and the surrounding area.
Coffee catering for Ottawa events
Ottawa hosts want more than an urn of coffee in the corner. Our mobile espresso bar arrives fully set up, with a barista pulling espresso and whisking matcha to order, so your guests get the same drink they'd line up for at their favourite café.
We work with offices, store openings and product launches as well as weddings and private celebrations. Every booking is built around your event: your branding, your guest count and your venue. A recent example is the H&M store opening in Ottawa, where the team's strawberry matchas were a highlight for the client.
- ✓Full espresso cart setup on site
- ✓A professional barista
- ✓Cups, and your choice of espresso and matcha menu
- ✓Optional custom cup printing and front-panel cart branding
Based in Ottawa, we also serve Kanata, Gatineau, Cornwall and Hawkesbury. Tell us your venue and we will confirm.
“Your help and attitude (and your delicious strawberry matchas) played a major role in that outcome. Working with partners like you is what makes this business worthwhile.”
